Nottingham Panthers' hopes of finishing second in the league took a knock with a surprise defeat at Hull. Panthers hit back from two down to lead 3-2, but then conceded three goals in the final period as the Stingrays hit back to claim Sunday's 6-4 home win. On Saturday night, two goals from Brendan Cook and one from Kevin Bergin had earned the Panthers a 3-0 win home win over Basingstoke. The Panthers are now fourth in the league with 68 points.
