Aldridge saw his team slump to their worst defeat of the season. |
Swindon Wildcats started 2009 with back-to-back weekend defeats and fell to eighth in the Premier League. The Wildcats were humbled at home in a 10-0 thrashing by Peterborough Phantoms on Saturday and lost 4-2 at Sheffield Scimitars on Sunday. "They got a flukey goal to make it 2-2, but then we threw the puck into the wrong places," said coach Ryan Aldridge after the club's third loss in a row. "We needed to bounce back and played quite well, but bad decisions cost us."
