Jeff Legue struck twice to secure Elite League high-fliers the Sheffield Steelers a sudden death shootout victory over Cardiff Devils.

Man-of-the match Phil Hill scored both Devils goals at the Cardiff Bay Arena.

Joey Talbot and Robert Dowd struck in normal time for Sheffield but Cardiff's Doug MacIver and Jay Latulippe and Sheffield's Andrew Sharp were ejected.

Tyson Teplitsky scored a successful penalty shot but Legue's double fired the visitors to second in the division.
