Cardiff Devils have signed Slovakian forward Matus Petricko from Elite League play-off champions Nottingham Panthers for the 2007/08 season. Petricko was part of the Panthers side which beat Devils in last season's play-off final.
The 27-year-old, who scored 39 points in 57 games last season, said: "I am excited about joining the Devils.
"I know I can perform even better offensively next season and look forward to doing a job for the Devils."
