Legal Right misses Gold Cup
Legal Right wins the 2000 Tote Silver Steeplechase at Ascot
Legal Right has a history of injury
Legal Right has been ruled out of Thursday's Tote Cheltenham Gold Cup because of injury.

Jonjo O'Neill's talented nine-year-old has a history of lameness and has proved difficult to keep sound.

A spokesman for O'Neill's Jackdaws Castle yard said: "Sadly, he has had a recurrance of the usual problems which have affected him in the past and he will not run on Thursday."

A former Tripleprint Gold Cup winner, Legal Right has won a handful of big races, including the Tommy Whittle Chase at Haydock earlier this season.
