Fallon is due to face an Old Bailey trial in September |
Kieren Fallon pleaded not guilty on Thursday to a charge of conspiracy to defraud in connection with an alleged plot to fix the results of races. The six-time champion jockey, and four other individuals, entered pleas of not guilty at a pre-trial hearing before Mr Justice Forbes, sitting in London.
They are charged with conspiracy to defraud between December 2002 and September 2004.
Their Old Bailey trial had previously been fixed to begin on 24 September.
Fallon, 42, fellow rider Fergal Lynch, Miles Rodgers, 38, Philip Sherkle, 42, and Shaun Lynch, 37, deny the allegations against them.
Fallon has been barred from racing in Britain since July 2006.
