Fallon has been champion jockey six times in the UK |
Kieren Fallon has had his bail extended until July as the long-running enquiry into alleged race fixing continues. The six-time champion jockey, who denies any wrongdoing, was one of 27 people due to answer bail next month.
City of London police said the bail had been extended because issues raised by the defence needed more time to be examined in detail.
"Bail dates in relation to all 27 people currently on bail have been postponed to 3 July," said police.
The other jockeys whose bail has been extended are Robert Winston, Fergal Lynch, Darren Williams and Paul Bradley.
Trainers Alan Berry and Karl Burke were also due to reappear but they will not have to answer bail until later in the year. All deny any wrongdoing.
Fallon was arrested in September 2004 and re-interviewed last October before having his bail extended.
Fellow jockey Gyles Parkin was also among those arrested but he has since been released from his bail conditions without charge.
During the investigation, more than 130 police officers raided 19 addresses across Suffolk, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and Hertfordshire.
The inquiry is examining allegations involving more than 80 races over two years.
