Three men arrested as part of an ongoing inquiry into allegations of race fixing have been released on bail. Trainer Alan Berry, jockey Paul Bradley and blacksmith Steve O'Sullivan were understood to have been detained on Wednesday morning at Berry's stables in Lancashire.
It brings to 25 the number of people who have now been questioned on alleged conspiracy to defraud, including former champion jockey Kieren Fallon.
They have all been bailed to return to a London police station in April.
During the course of the investigation, which involves more than 80 races over two years, more than 130 officers have raided 19 addresses across Suffolk, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and Hertfordshire.
Police are analysing more than 1,000 exhibits, including 59 phones and several computers.
Fallon, who denies any wrongdoing, was one of 16 people arrested in a dawn raid last September.
