Britain's Beth Tweddle qualified in fourth place for the all-round final at the World Gymnastics Championships. Tweddle, who scored 36.937 overall, also qualified for Saturday's asymmetric bars final in third and Sunday's floor final in fifth.
Shavahn Church (24th) also made the all-round final, while Imogen Cairns made Saturday's vault final.
America's Nastia Liukin, 16, qualified in top spot for the all-round final in Melbourne with 37.424 points.
There was controversy when Russia's Nikolai Kruykov lost his place in the final of the men's high bar after his start value was downgraded using a new video judging system.
Kruykov had qualified in sixth after scoring 9.650 but was downgraded from a 10.0 start value to 9.80, dropping his points to 9.450 for 15th place.
The video review system is being used for the first time in Melbourne and Kruykov and the Russian team had no complaints with the decision.
The system was introduced after last year's Olympics when America's Paul Hamm was awarded the all-round title after South Korea's Yang Tae-young was incorrectly docked a 10th of a point from his parallel bars routine.
