Great Britain finish top of medal table at the World Track Para-Cycling Championships in Italy after Sarah Storey, who is hoping to ride in both the Olympics and Paralympics in London 2012, won gold in the 500m time trial.

There were also victories for the men's team sprint, while Neil Fachie and Craig MacLean won their second gold of the weekend in the tandem sprint.
