Stephanie Millward was a successful able-bodied swimmer with dreams of competing at the Olympics before being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis aged 17.
After taking time out from the sport, Millward returned to the pool in 2008 and competed at the Beijing Paralympics.
The 28-year-old will be going for gold in this week's IPC World Swimming Championships in Eindhoven as she prepares for London 2012.
