Jody Cundy, who won five Paralympic swimming medals before switching to cycling and taking two golds in Beijing in 2008, demonstrates the prosthetic leg that has helped him become one of the fastest track cyclists in Great Britain.

Cundy, 31, from Cambridgeshire, was born with a deformed right foot which was amputated when he was three years old.

He competes in the 1000m time trial and the team sprint at this weekend's World Para-Cycling Championships in Manchester. Listen live and watch highlights on the BBC .
