 Norfolk is still on track to retain his Australian Open crown |
Britain's Peter Norfolk will face world number one David Wagner in Saturday's quad singles final at the Australian Open in Melbourne. Norfolk, the defending champion, beat American Nick Taylor 7-5 6-1 in his final round-robin match. It kept up the Paralympic champion and world number two's winning record of 19 matches over Taylor. Wagner defeated Norfolk in three sets in their second round-robin match on Thursday. Norfolk and his doubles partner Johan Andersson of Sweden lost 6-2 6-3 to Taylor and Wagner in Friday's doubles final.
