Paralympic skier Sean Rose made a superb start to his IPC European Cup campaign with third place in the super-G event at Pitztal in Austria. Rose also finished sixth in the slalom and 11th in the giant slalom races to complete a strong all-round display.
Joe Willoughby claimed third in both the women's giant slalom and super-G at the same event.
In America, Liz Miller finished sixth in the slalom and giant slalom at the Hartford Ski Spectacular in Colorado.
Miller, who was also part of the GB team at the 2006 Winter Paralympics in Turin, is concentrating on racing on the North American circuit over the winter.
Also in Pitztal, newcomer Jane Sowerby was fourth in the Super-G and fifth in the giant slalom while Russell Docker was 14th in the giant slalom.
The team now head for the next round of European Cup races at Kuhtai, Tirol later this week.
