Great Britain came away with a bronze medal from the team events at the Boccia World Championships in Brazil. The BC1/BC2 team, made up of Paralympian Nigel Murray and newcomers David Smith, Ali Lalani and Bernadette Leslie beat Hong Kong in a play-off.
The match had ended in a 4-4 tie-break after four ends but the British side won the tie-break 2-0.
Great Britain lost 6-5 in their semi-final with New Zealand, who beat favourites Portugal to win gold.
