Dutch pair to contest Open final
Esther Vergeer
Vergeer has not been beaten since the 2000 British Open
Esther Vergeer and Jiske Griffioen will contest an all-Dutch women's singles final at the British Open Wheelchair Tennis Championships on Saturday.

World number one Vergeer, 25, beat compatriot Sharon Walraven 6-0 6-3 in a rematch of last year's final.

Griffioen, ranked fourth, defeated world number two Florence Gravellier of France 6-3 6-3 to book her first British Open final spot.

The Super Series event is equivalent in status to a Grand Slam in tennis.
