British wheelchair racer Brian Alldis won three gold and three silver medals at the British Open in Manchester. He won the 800m, 1,500m and 5,000m but found Dutchman Kenny van Weeghel too good in the 100m, 200m and 400m events.
Dutch wheelchair javelin thrower Pieter Gruyters improved his own F56 world record with a throw of 38.44m.
Britain's Beverley Jones won the F37 shot put with 10.13m, beating the 10.02m that won her Paralympic World Cup title at the same venue last month.
Jones, the Commonwealth Games bronze medallist, also recorded a double in the T37 100 and 200m, with Hazel Robson achieving the same feat in the T36 category.
Winter Paralympian Nathan Stephens recorded a clean sweep in the F57 discus, javelin and shot.
Stephen Miller showed a welcome return to form after injury, winning the F32 club with a throw of 31.37m, while David Gale edged out his rival Richard Schabel in the F51 discus with an effort of 9.44m.
Lloyd Upsdell found Iceland's Jon Oddur Halldorsson too strong in the T35 100m, clocking 13.76 seconds to the winner's 13.48.
Upsdell, who also finished behind Halldorsson at the Paralympic World Cup in Manchester, was forced to pull out of the 200m with a hamstring problem.
The team for the World Champions in Assen will be announced next month.
South African Marius Stander edged out Briton Matthew Cliff to victory in the 400m multi-disability race at the Norwich Union Grand Prix in Gateshead. Cerebral Palsy athlete Stander clocked 53.74 seconds, with Cliff, who is visually impaired, managing 53.92. Ireland's Derek Malone was third.
