Mistry advances at British Open
Jayant Mistry
Mistry was a winner at Wimbledon earlier this month
Wimbledon doubles champion Jayant Mistry will face fourth seed Martin Legner in the quarter-finals of the British Wheelchair Open in Nottingham.

Mistry, the sixth seed, beat British number two Jamie Robinson 6-0 6-3 to advance in the men's singles.

Austrian Legner beat Mistry at the same stage last year after the Briton suffered cramp during the match.

While Mistry advanced, there were defeats for countrymen Paul Simons, Matthew Faucher and Stuart Harley.

Paralympic champion Peter Norfolk made a successful start to his bid to regain his quad title with a straight sets win over fellow Briton Chris Johnson.
