GB archers claim triple success

Mel Clarke was in superb form at Stoke Mandeville
British trio Mel Clarke, John Murray and Kay Lucas all came away with gold medals from the European Archery Grand Prix in Stoke Mandeville.

Clarke beat Pippa Britton 106-96 in the women's Open Compound event while Murray won the men's equivalent, beating Sweden's Hakan Tornstrom.

Lucas claimed her first international gold with a victory in the women's Standing Recurve final.

Paralympic gold medallist John Cavanagh won bronze in the men's W1 event.
