Paralympic gold medallist Peter Norfolk picked up two awards at Saturday night's 2004 British Wheelchair Sports Awards in Reading. Norfolk won gold in the inaugural quad singles event and silver in the doubles with Mark Eccleston in Athens.
He shared the individual male award with archery gold medallist John Cavanagh and won the team event award with Eccleston.
BBC Sport won the media award for its Paralympic coverage.
The Great Britain men's wheelchair basketball team won the team sport award for their bronze-medal winning performance in Athens.
The junior men's basketball team, who won the European Championship title in July, collectively won the junior male award while their coach Haj Bhania won the coach of the year accolade.
Powerlifter Emma Brown, who successfully retained her 82.5kg title in Athens, won the individual female award for the second year in a row.
Eleven-times Paralympic gold medallist Tanni Grey Thompson was a hugely popular winner of the lifetime achievement award for her efforts in the sport.
