Sprinter Hazel Robson had to settle for a second Paralympic silver on the track when she came second in the T36 200m. Robson set a personal best of 31.98 seconds but lost to China's Fang Wang, who set a world record of 28.60secs.
"I got a very good start and ran the bend well but just couldn't catch the Chinese girl," said Robson, who was second to Fang in the 100m.
"I know I need to work on my upper-body strength before the next big event if I am to try and get the better of her."
Karen Lewis-Archer, who has been suffering from an arm injury, was seventh in the T52 200m final, well behind Canadian Lisa Franks.
Lewis-Archer's time of 44.98 seconds was almost two seconds outside her season's best.
"I knew it would be a tough race but I'm pleased with the way the Games have gone, even though I didn't win a medal," she said.
"I tore biceps in my arm in the semi-final of the 400m so I had to have intense physiotherapy before this race and I'm glad just to have got through it."
Tracey Hinton missed out on a place in the T12 400m final after finishing third in her semi-final in 1:00.25.
But Tanni Grey Thompson finished second in her heat to qualify for the final of the T54 200m.
Kim Minett was fourth in the women's F40 shot put final.
