Norfolk claims Sydney title
Britain's Peter Norfolk made a superb start to his year by winning the quad main draw singles title at the Sydney International Wheelchair Open.

The world number one and top seed beat Dutch fourth seed Ban Van Erp 7-6 6-4 to clinch his fifth consecutive Tour title after ending 2003 with four wins.

Compatriot Janet McMorran lost 4-6 6-3 10-4 on a super tie-break to Sandra Kalt in the consolation singles final.

Both Norfolk and McMorran will compete in this week's Australian Open.
