Olympic champion cyclist Victoria Pendleton tells BBC Sport she has been patiently preparing for this week's Track World Championships in the Netherlands.

Pendleton is expected to ride with Jess Varnish in the team sprint, as well as defending her individual sprint world title and competing in the keirin.
