Britain's Ed Clancy has won the men's omnium at the second round of the World Cup in Cali, Colombia. The 25-year-old, who is the world champion in the six-race event, picked up 24 points to win by two from home favourite Juan Esteban Arango Carvajal. Victoria Pendleton, who won the team sprint on Friday, was second in the individual event and tops the standings with Germany's Kristina Vogel. Laura Trott is lying seventh in the women's omnium after three events. The final two rounds of the World Cup take place in the Chinese capital Beijing on 21 January and in Manchester on 18 February.
