The winner of our cycling competition, Martin Page, is not what you would call an experienced cyclist.
In fact the three miles he covers to and from work just about sums it up.
Now he has to negotiate 120 miles in one day as he trains for the British Cyclosportive on July 1 - a race which mirrors stage one of this year's Tour de France from Greenwich to Canterbury.
