Vicioso celebrates his stage success
Spain's Angel Vicioso won the fourth stage of the Tour of Switzerland from Niederbipp to La Chaux-de-Fonds.

The Astana-Wurth team rider beat compatriot David Herrero in a sprint finish after the two broke clear of the peloton in the final kilometres.

Several riders had tried to break away from the pack as the course rose into the Jura Mountains but were reeled in.

Italy's Daniele Bennati won the sprint for third. Belgium's Nick Nuyens retained the overall lead.

Nuyens dropped off the back of the peloton at one stage, but recovered well to finish 11th in the stage.

His overall time of 16 hours, 15 minutes and 19 seconds is two seconds ahead of Bennati and Germany's Linus Gerdemann in second place.
