Plymouth Raiders narrowly went down to unbeaten Everton Tigers, who moved clear at the top of the BBL on Friday.

Kwbana Beckles led the Raiders with 13 points, while Great Britain international Richard Midgley scored 15 points for the Tigers.

Raiders edged the first quarter 14-13, before Everton reversed that in the second to lead 37-35.

It was 72-70 with seven seconds left, when Raiders guard Allistair Gall's three-point attempt hit the basket rim.
