The Utah Jazz are through to the NBA's Western Conference semi-finals after sealing a 4-2 series win over Houston.

Deron Williams scoring 13 of his 25 points in the third quarter as the Jazz won game six 113-91 in Salt Lake City. They now face the Los Angeles Lakers.

In the East, Cleveland also notched up a 4-2 series win over Washington with a 105-88 road win over the Wizards.
