LeBron James scored 30 points as the Cleveland Cavaliers beat Washington 116-86 to take a 2-0 lead in the opening round of the NBA play-offs.

The 30-point victory margin was the largest in the 112 post-season games that the Cavs have played to date.

In the Western Conference, Utah beat Houston 90-84 to take a 2-0 lead in their best-of-seven series.

Deron Williams scored 22 points and Mehmet Okur added 16 points and 16 rebounds for the Jazz at the Rockets.
