NBA star Luol Deng is to join up with the Great Britain squad for the first time at a Florida training camp. Next week's workout is part of GB's preparations for their key EuroBasket games in August. Deng ended his best season to date with Chicago in May.
"The effort to bring us to this point has been monumental," said coach Chris Finch looking ahead to the camp.
"I'm confident that our players have never experienced such professionalism during their national team duties."
To cap his breakthrough year with the Bulls, Deng was presented with the NBA's Sportsmanship Award for the 2006-07 season.
