Guildford Heat have signed Ajou Deng, brother of Chicago Bulls star Luol, after releasing Derek Manner. Heat coach Paul James said Manner left the club because of a change in his personal circumstances.
Ajou Deng played for Brighton Bears last season and spent time with Scottish Rocks this campaign.
"Ajou will have a tough job to fill Derek's role, particularly in terms of defensive intensity, but he will give us some extra height," said James.
