BBL Player of the Year Trey Moore led the Chester Jets into the play-offs final with a game-high 29 points in the 74-72 win over the Scottish Rocks. The Jets trailed 70-65 to the unfancied Rocks with four minutes left, but Moore and Shawn Myers came to the rescue.
Each hit four points as the Jets closed out the game 9-2 to book a final tie against the Newcastle Eagles.
Donald Cole led the Rocks' effort with 24 points and 14 rebounds but missed a late shot that could have won the game.
The Eagles reached their second final of the season by beating the Sheffield Sharks 75-65.
Newcastle posted an early 26-11 lead only for Sheffield to seize a slender 43-41 advantage at half-time.
But the Sharks could only score 22 points in the second half, with Nate Reinking, their leading scorer, failing to add to his 16 first-half points.
Andrew Sullivan top the scoring on both teams with 23 points for Newcastle.
