Leicester Riders have signed 6ft 6in American forward Deginald Erskin ahead of Saturday's game with Sheffield. Erskin had a spell with Birmingham last year and scored 30 points when the Bullets beat the Riders on their debut at the John Sandford Sports Centre.
"I was very impressed with him last season," said coach Karl Brown.
"He's very energetic and is the type of player we need - someone who can slash to the basket, who is athletic and can put the ball in the basket."
