England finished last in the Superfund tournament in Kapfenburg, Austria, after losing their final match 86-80 to a touring US college select side.
England made their best start of the tournament and led 49-37 at half-time, but lost the lead within five minutes.
There was no way back when Peter Scantlebury's team went 14 points down midway through the fourth quarter.
England's only consolation was the form of Julius Joseph, who scored 29 points, and Germayne Forbes, who added 20.
With their free-throw shooting sound, England swept to a 30-20 lead at the end of the first quarter.
But they relaxed too much at the start of the second half and allowed their young American opponents back.
After scoring just nine third-quarter points, England fared only slightly better in the fourth, with Joseph hitting 11 points.
The team now travels to Sofia for their final tournament of the summer.
