Britons Nathan Robertson and Anthony Clark suffered an agonising defeat in the men's doubles semi-finals at the Indonesia Open in Jakarta.

The unseeded pair looked on course to reach the final as they led 17-13 and 19-16 in the deciding game against Fang Chieh Min and Lee Sheng Mu.

But the Taipei duo, also unseeded, hit back, converting their second match point to win 15-21 21-9 22-20.

The six-time British champions move on to the World Championships in Paris.

Robertson and Jenny Wallwork failed to reach the last eight of the mixed doubles when they lost 21-12 21-13 to Indonesia's Muhammad Rijal and Debby Susanto on Thursday.

Robert Blair and Gabby White, quarter-finalists last week in Singapore, fell to Poland's Robert Mateusiak and Nadiezda Zieba 21-15 25-23 at the same stage.
