Archer earns Anaheim doubles spot
Britain's Simon Archer and Anthony Clark have qualified for the men's doubles tournament at the World Championships in Anaheim.

Archer, who won Olympic mixed doubles bronze at Sydney 2000, and Clark are the English national champions.

They join Ian Palethorpe and Paul Trueman as the latest qualifiers for the event on 15-21 August.

Compatriots Natalie Munt and Tracey Hallam were added to the women's doubles competition.

There was more good news for Kristian Roebuck, who has already qualified for men's doubles with David Lindley, as he was added to mixed doubles with Liza Parker.

Parker had already qualified to contest women's doubles with Suzanne Rayappan.
