Redditch Arrows american football club have added four new faces to their coaching line up for the coming season. Jamie Kilby takes over as offensive Co-ordinator while Paul Williams, Mark Williams and Paul Roberts have all joined from the Birmingham Bulls.
Chairman Chris Halford told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "We were disappointed in being only runners-up in a tough conference last season.
"It will be even tougher this year and we will have to step things up again."
