Vagabonds are champions of the Jersey Petanque League after winning their final match of the season 4-2 against Coin Tourgis. Grouville, who still have a game left to play, have cemented second place as they now cannot be caught by Outlaws.
Both Vagabonds and Grouville were only promoted into the top division at the beginning of the winter season.
Admirals and Wrinkleys must wait until the season's final game to find out who joins St Mary in being relegated.
With three more weeks of matches in Division Two it looks to be a three-way race for the title.
Occidentals have moved into first after comfortably beating Wednesday Mob 5-1 and Liberators.
Country Gang and Les Hirondelles tie in second, although the latter have a game in hand.
