Ross Rowing Club's junior academy has been named the sport's coaching team of the year for 2007. The team has produced 69 regatta wins since the academy was founded three years ago.
Club captain Ian Howell told BBC Hereford and Worcester: "This marks the club out as being amongst the very best in the country.
"It's amazing considering we are competing against many clubs that have far better resources and funding."
