Walsh secured a second successive world bronze medal |
Olympic silver medallist Campbell Walsh claimed a bronze for Great Britain in the canoeing World Championships. The 29-year-old finished third in the men's K1 category in Foz do Iguassu, Brazil, after picking up a two-second penalty for touching a gate.
Walsh's medal follows a bronze for Fiona Pennie, Laura Blakeman and Lizzie Neave in the women's K1 team event.
The medals have guaranteed a British boat in the men's K1 and women's K1 team events at next year's Olympics.
