Britain's Michael Whitaker, Nick Skelton and Richard Davenport are all through to the last round of show jumping's World Cup final in Las Vegas. Whitaker has a realistic chance of victory on Sunday after qualifying in fifth having guided Portofino 63 to eighth in Saturday's second round.
But Skelton's and Davenport's chances of title success are slim - they go through in 13th and 20th respectively.
Germany's Meredith Michaels Beerbaum heads the qualifying standings.
Derek Ricketts, Britain's chef d'equipe, said: "I'm very pleased that they are all in the top 20 - that's a real achievement.
"It could be a struggle to win - but it's fairly tight so I am looking forward to a good competitive final."
Whitaker said: "I'm very pleased to have qualified well. Portofino's been jumping brilliantly.
"It's a strong position to be in and I'll just try to jump two clear rounds and hope that the others in front of me have a fence down."
