Britain's Robert Smith and Kalusha just missed out in the Shelley Ashman, BEIB & Equine Risk Stakes at the London International Horse Show. Swiss rider Beat Mandli on Principal raced through with a late run at Olympia to win by 0.13 seconds.
The 12-year-old grey Kalusha, winner of the World Cup round in Vigo last February, has also scored in Belfast and Geneva in the last 10 days.
Kent's Guy Williams won a place in the Mitsubishi Motors Ride & Drive Final.
The London International Horse Show runs from 14-20 December at Olympia.
The event is being covered by both BBC Sport Interactive and BBC2 Sunday Grandstand.
The Interactive service will cover live the afternoon performance on Saturday, 18 December.
Sunday Grandstand on 19 December will screen all the action as it happens from the show jumping World Cup qualifier, plus highlights of Friday's Accenture Puissance and The Masters from Saturday's afternoon performance.
