Highly-rated forward Andrew Sullivan is to stay with Newcastle Eagles for the rest of this season's BBL campaign. The Londoner, who has averaged over 11 points and four rebounds per game, was on a week-to-week deal but has decided to pledge his future to the Eagles.
Eagles managing director Paul Blake said: "Getting a player of Andrew Sullivan's calibre into the BBL in the first instance was an achievement.
"But to now have him for the rest of the season is fantastic news."
Sullivan played college basketball in the United States for Villanova University in Pennsylvania.
