GB suffer Olympics blow
Britain's Jimmy Wallis vies with Belgium's captain Jean-Philippe Brule.
GB beat Belgium 3-1 in a warm-up match last month
Great Britain have suffered a major blow to their hopes of qualifying for the Olympics by losing 2-1 to Poland.

Underdogs Poland dominated the first half before Tomasz Choczaj scored his side's first goal on 45 minutes.

Danny Hall's equalised on 64 minutes, but Poland continued to press and won with Tomasz Dutkiewicz's late strike.

Britain must finish in the top seven of the 12-nation event and still have to play Olympic champions Holland, Spain, Japan and South Africa.

Pakistan, India, Malaysia, New Zealand, Belgium and Canada make up the second group.

GB team leader Jason Lee said: "The game felt rushed throughout and although we definitely had the lion's share of chances and possession , we never had the sense of control that an early goal would have given us.

"It's obviously not the best start and we will have to dig deep to get ourselves back mentally, but at this point we are still capable of achieving our goal of qualification."
