Britain's James Gibson claimed the gold medal in the 100m breaststroke at the European Short Course Swimming Championships in Dublin. The world 50m champion touched first in a time of 58.03 seconds, ahead of Ukraine's Oleg Lisogor in 58.42.
Gibson's British team-mate Darren Mew took the bronze in 58.78.
Earlier, Britain's Rebecca Cooke won a silver in the women's 800m freestyle, following Mark Foster's 50m freestyle gold on Thursday.
Commonwealth champion Cooke overhauled Hungary's defending champion Eva Risztov in the closing stages to finish second behind Erika Villaecija.
Villaecija took Spain's first gold of the championships, with a winning time of eight minutes 18.65 seconds.
Cooke clocked 8:22.05, with Ritsztov third in 8:23.94.
Germany's Hannah Stockbauer, who achieved a unique treble in the 400, 800 and 1500m freestyle at the world long-course championships in Barcelona, was never in the hunt.
Stockbauer finished more than 10 seconds adrift of the winner in 8:28.93 - fifth in the race and sixth overall in an event decided on times from two heats, with no final.
Elsewhere, the Netherlands twice set world best times for the women's 4 x 50m freestyle relay.
Hinkelien Schreuder, Annabel Kosten, Chantal Groot and Marleen Veldhuis clocked one minute 38.13 seconds in the heats to beat the mark of 1:38.21 set by Sweden in 2000 in the rarely swum event.
They lowered the mark to 1:37.52 when they won the final, with Sweden also finishing inside the old mark in 1:37.68.
