A court appearance by Christos Tsekos, former coach to disgraced Greek sprinter Kostas Kenteris, has been delayed after his defence lawyer died. The hearing will now take place on 20 September after George Mavros died in a helicopter crash on Saturday.
Greek Orthodox Patriarch Petros VII, another of his clients, was among 15 victims when the helicopter went down.
Kenteris and training partner Katerina Thanou missed the Olympics after failing to take a pre-Games dope test.
The two sprinters have already appeared before the court.
They missed the test and shortly afterwards they were hospitalised after claiming to be involved in a late-night motorbike accident on their way back to the athletes' village.
Kenteris split with Tsekos some time ago, but Thanou has retained him as her coach.
Prosecutor Spyros Mouzakitis has been investigating the crash.
Kenteris and Thanou have denied any wrongdoing.
