Leslie Law will be given his Olympic three-day event gold medal at a special presentation for seven Team GB members at Buckingham Palace on 18 October. Law will swap his silver medal for gold following GB's successful appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
Pippa Funnell will get a bronze medal and Law, Funnell, Jeanette Brakewell, William Fox-Pitt and Mary King will exchange their team bronze for silver.
Cyclists Chris Newton and Bryan Steel will get team pursuit silver medals.
They originally missed out as they had raced in the heats but not the final of the event in Athens.
But the decision was reversed by the International Olympic Committee after an appeal. Law never had the chance to savour his gold medal success in Athens.
He was presented with a silver medal after the German team successfully appealed against a 12-point penalty given to Bettina Hoy during the showjumping.
The matter was settled in Law and the British team's favour three days later by CAS. The special presentation will take place during the reception for Britain's Olympic and Paralympic teams at Buckingham Palace.
The reception will be preceded by a parade through the streets of London. "We are very excited about the prospect of presenting the outstanding Olympic medals to British athletes in front of our patron, Her Majesty the Queen," said British Olympic Association chief executive Simon Clegg.
"This is going to be a unique occasion for all the athletes involved and I am delighted that this will take place with all the other members of Team GB who enjoyed such success in Athens."
