Victory at the World Cup in Poland has put Anna Bebington in pole position to be named in the British Olympic squad for the Beijing Games. The 25-year-old from Longsdon partnered Elise Laverick to victory in the women's double sculls. "I'm on a real high after the win, Bebington told BBC Radio Stoke. "We're now going to a training camp, which is really exciting." The squad for the Games, which begin on 8 August, is announced on Thursday.
