Sport is often only seen at lightning speed - flying table tennis balls, jumping gymnasts, rowing blades or the crashing of wheelchair rugby players.

BBC's Olympic Dreams slow things down as they film some of the athletes they are following in the build-up to the Beijing and London Olympics.
