Port of Spain, the capital of Trinidad and Tobago, has some of the worst crime rates in the world.

In a country in need of heroes, Jehue Gordon is an athlete who has set his sights on the pinnacle of sporting success - a gold medal at the London Olympics.

Matthew Pinsent visits Trinidad and hears how some of Jehue's former classmates have already fallen victim to the twin spectres that haunt Trinidadian society - gun and drug crime.
